SHIPPING POLICY

Dooley & Co. currently ships anywhere within the United States and Canada (for an extra shipping fee). We do not ship internationally outside of Canada at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Teas:

If you have an issue with your tea, please email us. We will pay return shipping if the issue is our error. However, if you wish to return tea due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the tea back to us. Feel free to contact us and we will guide you through the process. We offer store credit, a refund on your credit card, or exchange.

Other items:

Returns must be made within 30 days of your order date for a refund. The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
